WELLNESS

Wellness is in Greater Palm Springs’ DNA. The region’s original Native American inhabitants, the Cahuilla Indians, were the first to take advantage of the hot, mineral-rich waters that spring from a robust natural underground aquifer.

On April 4, 2023, the Agua Caliente tribe is introducing The Spa at Séc-he, a more than 73,000 square foot spa complex to bring these ancient healing waters to the public along with state-of-the-art treatments and innovative therapies. The long-anticipated new facility promises to be one of the most unique and luxurious destination hit mineral spring spas in the United States with private mineral baths, halotherapy salt caves, float pod suites, cryotherapy chamber and much more.

Art Flying Aerial is an aerial & aerial yoga fitness studio inspired by a passion for health, fitness, and the healing of the body and mind. Drop-in classes feature well-trained, professional instructors, a safe, non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere, and a beautiful, light-filled facility with high ceilings.

Take a hike! The beautiful 60-foot-tall waterfall at the end of The Tahquitz Canyon Trail is freely flowing this spring after an unusually rainy winter. The two-mile trail passes rock art, ancient irrigation systems, native wildlife and plants.
