Something new for the youth outreach program at CVREP. Written and performed by Lee J. Kaplan and directed by Padraic Lillis (Rise and Fall of a Teenage Cyberqueen, Lights Up on the Fade Out), Bully premiered to two sold out houses in November 2012 at Theatre Row in New York City. Since that time, more than 8,000 people in over 20 venues have seen the show that drew raves from The New York Times and the Washington Post during performances at the New York International Fringe Festival and the Capital Fringe Festival in the Summer of 2013.
“Unassailable messages sugar coated with ounces of sweat, pounds of goofy humor and tons of heart.” Eric Grode, The New York Times, August 15, 2013
“Bully is devastating and should be required viewing” Stephanie Merry, The Washington Post, July 15, 2013
